USCSA National and MCSA Registration:
MCSA Teams and Individuals should have completed all MCSA and the USCSA Registration by November 20th 2024. This will help get all Teams registered and ready before the Holiday rush and save Teams money since the USCSA National Registration and Dues deadlines are based on the date of registration fee increases. The final deadline for USCSA is December 31st, then MCSA will place your team on a restricted license and will be unable to compete in the MCSA postseason Regional Championships.
All USCSA National Registration must be done via the USCSA National Site.
Your Team and Individuals must be registered with the USCSA.

Regional Registration:
The MCSA Alpine/Snowboard/Freestyle Regional form, as well as the MCSA Nordic Regional form will be emailed to you once you prior to the Tuesday October 7, 2025 Google Meet. Send your contact info to [email protected]

3_____ Complete MCSA Registration Form & Racer Sign-up sheet COMPLETELY and email back by October 31, 2025. (I will need all racers and bib numbers, so I have time to place an order for needed bibs)
4____ Send/Pay MCSA Regional registration fees by Nov 20, 2025, to the MCSA Regional Office. Midwest Collegiate Ski Association 2110 Troy Lane, Plymouth MN 55447
5_____ Fill in the Google Share Doc of Races your Team will be attending by Nov 20, 2025 (emailed out by the MCSA Office after the Google Meet Tuesday Oct 7, 2025).
6_____ I have registered my TEAM with the USCSA National Office Online ASAP.
7_____ All Individuals on our Team have registered with the USCSA National Office Online before Nov 20, 2025.
8_____ National Office dues paid ASAP.
9_____ Submit eligibility forms to your college registrar for completion by Nov 20, 2025. You or the Registrar will NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE MAILED IN.
10____ Submit additional/late add-on eligibility forms to your college registrar for completion by Dec 15, 2025
11____ Have a GREAT SKI SEASON!!!!!

- Cost per athlete for MCSA Regional Dues.
- Alpine/Freeski: $95 if a bib is needed, $70 if racer has a bib
- Snowboard: $100 if a bib is needed, $70 if racer has a bib
- Nordic: $10 per athlete
- Race Entry Fees Alpine/Freeski/ Snowboard:
- Regionals $12.00 per EVENT.
- Regular season $10.00 per EVENT.
- Race Entry Fees Nordic:
- Costs will be set by the Race Venue.
- MCSA Team and Athlete Registration Forms with bib numbers, MUST be in by Oct 31, 2025 so we can order needed bibs.
- If you are not emailed a Google Meet Link outline prior to the MANDATORY MCSA Google Meet Tuesday Oct 7, 2025, email [email protected]
- MCSA Regional Dues must be mailed to the MCSA Regional office by Nov 20, 2025. Forms will be sent prior to the MANDATORY MCSA Google Meet Tuesday Oct 7, 2025.
- PLEASE NOTE-You may add racers to your roster after November 20th, BUT, you must have your Team and the majority of your racers registered by the October 31st MCSA deadline.
- All racers will be restricted until they are cleared academically by your School Registrar. Have your forms in by Nov 20, 2025.
- All Racers must complete the online USCSA Individual registration.
- All racers must have health insurance. USCSA insurance covers liability for us to run the races.
- FULL HEAD Helmets Mandatory, "FIS Sticker" required for GS. Everyone should have their own FIS Helmet.
