USCSA National and MCSA Registration Information — 2026–27
Teams and individuals should complete USCSA registration by October 31, 2026 to receive the lowest early-bird fees. Team and athlete fees increase monthly after October 31.
Teams and individuals MUST complete all MCSA registration by November 20, 2026.
USCSA National Registration
USCSA registration is open. Visit the USCSA Athlete & Team Registration page for complete instructions and to register:

Institution Fee
• $205 throughout the season.
Team Fees
• September 1–October 31: $205 per team — Early Bird Tier 1.
• November 1–30: $230 per team — Early Bird Tier 2.
• December 1–31: $255 per team — Regular Season Tier 1.
• January 1–31: $280 per team — Regular Season Tier 2.
• February 1 onward: $330 per team — Full rate.
Small Team Fees (fewer than three members)
• September–October 31: $102.50 per team — Early Bird Tier 1.
• November 1–30: $115 per team — Early Bird Tier 2.
• December 1–31: $127.50 per team — Regular Season Tier 1.
• January 1–31: $140 per team — Regular Season Tier 2.
• February 1 onward: $165 per team — Full rate.
Teams and institutions must register and pay USCSA registration fees by January 1 to maintain their license and eligibility for the 2027 U.S. Collegiate Ski & Snowboard National Championships.
Small teams that grow beyond two members after registering for the current competition season must pay the full team fee(s) AND the institution fee the following year.
Athlete Registration Fees
• September–October 31: $25 — Early Bird Tier 1.
• November 1–30: $35 — Early Bird Tier 2.
• December 1–31: $40 — Regular Season Tier 1.
• January 1–31: $45 — Regular Season Tier 2.
• February 1–28: $50 — Full rate.
Price increases take effect at midnight Central Standard Time. Student-athletes must pay online when registering to compete. NO REFUNDS: check with your institution’s team leadership before registering.
MCSA Postseason Registration Cutoff
The final USCSA registration deadline for MCSA postseason eligibility is December 31, 2026. After that deadline, MCSA will place your team on a restricted license, making it ineligible for the MCSA postseason Divisional and Conference Championships.
All national registration must be completed through the USCSA National website. Your team and its individual racers must be registered with USCSA.
Submit academic forms to your school registrar by November 20, 2026. Additional racers must be registered before December 31, 2026. For USCSA registration questions, email [email protected].
MCSA Conference Registration
The MCSA Alpine/Snowboard/Freestyle Regional form and MCSA Nordic Regional form will be emailed before the mandatory Google Meet on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. If you have not received the Google sign-up or meeting link and outline, send your contact information to [email protected]. Contact the MCSA office at that address with questions.
MCSA Conference Dues — Per Athlete
• Alpine/Freeski: $105 if a bib is needed; $80 if the racer has a bib.
• Snowboard: $110 if a bib is needed; $80 if the racer has a bib.
• Nordic: TBD per athlete.
Race Entry Fees and Lift Tickets
• Alpine/Freeski/Snowboard Regionals: $15 per EVENT.
• Alpine/Freeski/Snowboard regular season and Divisionals: $12 per EVENT, or up to $15 per event if the race is run through the ski area.
• Nordic race entry fees: set by the race venue.
• Alpine/Snowboard lift tickets: set by the race venue.
Forms, Bibs, and Payment Deadlines
• Complete the MCSA team list with all racers and bib numbers in the shared Google Doc by October 31, 2026 so needed bibs can be ordered.
• Email MCSA Regional forms to the MCSA Regional Office by November 20, 2026. Payments are also due November 20, 2026.
• If you are not paying by check, arrange a time to pay by Venmo or credit card. Credit card payments carry a 3.6% fee.
• You may add racers after November 20, but your team and the majority of your racers must be registered and paid by the November 20 MCSA deadline.
Academic and Safety Requirements
• All racers are restricted until academically cleared by their school registrar. Submit forms to your registrar by November 20, 2026.
• All racers must complete online USCSA individual registration.
• All racers must have health insurance. USCSA insurance provides liability coverage for running the races.
• Full-head helmets are mandatory; a FIS sticker is required for GS. Everyone should have their own FIS helmet.

2. Attend the MANDATORY MCSA Google Meet on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 7:30. If you have not received the link three days before the meeting, request it from [email protected].
3. Complete the shared Google Doc with ALL racers and bib numbers by October 31, 2026 so needed bibs can be ordered.
4. Send/pay MCSA Regional registration fees by November 20, 2026 to the MCSA Regional Office:

5. Complete the shared Google Doc listing the races your team will attend by November 20, 2026. The MCSA office will email it after the Google Meet on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
6. Register your TEAM online with the USCSA National Office as soon as possible.
7. Make sure ALL individuals on your team register online with the USCSA National Office before November 20, 2026.
8. Pay National Office dues as soon as possible.
9. Submit eligibility forms to your college registrar for completion by November 20, 2026. You or your registrar must make sure the completed forms are sent in.
10. Submit additional or late-addition eligibility forms to your college registrar for completion by December 15, 2026.
